Reach Us About Your Privacy

Three ways to contact us about your privacy, data access, or to request changes to your account information. We respond within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends.

Account Settings Log in and go to Settings > Privacy & Data to update your contact details, view your stored information, or request a copy of your data. Changes take effect immediately on your account.
SECURITY & YOUR RIGHTS

How We Handle Sensitive Information

Your password is hashed (never stored readable), and two-factor authentication is optional but recommended on your Account Security page. Withdrawals require identity verification to prevent fraud and meet anti-money-laundering rules.

Password Security

Passwords are hashed with industry-standard algorithms and never readable by our staff. Change your password anytime in Account Settings > Security. We recommend a 12-character mix of letters, numbers and symbols.

Two-Factor Authentication

Turn on 2FA in Account Settings > Security to add an extra layer. You'll enter a code from your phone each time you log in from a new device. Optional but we strongly suggest it.

Payment Data Isolation

DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transactions are processed by third-party payment providers. momoplayer never stores your full card or bank details — only transaction IDs and amounts appear in your withdrawal history.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your account data is kept as long as your account is active. After you close your account, we retain transaction records for seven years for compliance. Request full deletion via [email protected]; some data may be kept for legal reasons.

Withdrawal Verification

Each withdrawal is verified against your account details and deposit history to prevent fraud. The check takes 2–5 minutes. If verification fails, our team contacts you via email or phone within 24 hours.

Breach Notification

If momoplayer detects unauthorized access to your account or a data breach affecting you, we notify you via email and phone within 24 hours. Check your registered contact details in Account Settings > Profile.

Privacy Policy Questions

No. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers. We share information only with payment processors (to clear deposits) and our fraud-prevention team (to protect your account). Our privacy policy prohibits any third-party marketing use.

Email [email protected] with your account username and the subject 'Data Access Request'. Include your registered email and phone. We'll send a complete file of your account data, transactions, and profile info within five business days at no cost.

Your account and profile information are deleted immediately. Transaction records (deposits, withdrawals, session history) are kept for seven years for anti-fraud compliance. After seven years, they are purged. Sensitive details like passwords are deleted right away when you close the account.

Yes. momoplayer does not store your full payment details. When you deposit via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS, you complete the transaction directly with the payment provider. We receive only a confirmation and the amount — your banking credentials stay with the payment provider, not on our servers.

Yes. Cookies track your session and preferences. You can disable them in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox all have a Privacy or Cookies section). Disabling cookies may affect your login experience, but your account and data remain secure. We do not use cookies for advertising tracking.

Log out immediately and email [email protected] or call our security team via live chat (Monday–Friday, 09:00–22:00 WIB). Go to Account Settings > Security > Change Password to reset it. We'll investigate within 24 hours and contact you with results and steps to secure your account.

Withdrawal records are encrypted in your account and visible only to you when you log in. We keep this history for seven years for compliance with Indonesian financial regulations. After account closure, we retain the records but do not share them unless required by law.
