Account security

Your login uses encrypted HTTPS connection. Two-factor authentication is available in your account settings and we recommend it. Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text. Unauthorized access attempts are logged and reviewed.

Payment verification

All deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are verified before crediting your balance. Withdrawals require account confirmation and anti-fraud checks. Processing takes 1–3 hours for most requests. Bank transfers may take 1 business day.

Data handling

We collect account name, email, phone, payment method, and gameplay data only. No third-party marketing without your consent. Your data is never sold. We use cookies for login, preferences and fraud prevention; manage them in browser settings.

Data access requests

Request a full copy of your personal data anytime via your account or [email protected]. We deliver it within 30 days in a readable format. No fees apply. Export includes account history, deposits, withdrawals and contact logs.

Account deletion

Close your account via Settings > Account > Deactivate. We stop new logins immediately. We delete gameplay and personal data within 30 days, keeping only tax records as required by Indonesian law. Verify the deletion in your email confirmation.

Legal disputes

Disagreements about account, payment or data are handled through your support case first. If unresolved, disputes may go to Indonesian consumer arbitration or civil court where applicable. We aim to resolve all cases within 14 days of formal notice.

Frequently asked legal questions

Access depends on local law and is available only where local law permits. momoplayer operates within Indonesian regulations where we are authorized. Check your local rules or contact us if you're unsure about your region's eligibility.

We keep your account records for seven years to comply with Indonesian tax and financial reporting rules. After account closure, gameplay data is deleted within 30 days, but tax records stay for the full seven years as required by law.

Yes. Go to your account Settings > Transaction History to download a CSV file of all deposits and withdrawals. For a full data export including personal info, email [email protected] and we'll send it within 30 days at no cost.

Contact support immediately with your transaction ID. We investigate within 48 hours. For DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS disputes, we liaise directly with the payment provider. Bank transfer disputes may take longer; we keep you updated via email.
